We have another long-time trivia ready to try his hand at hosting a game!
Possible Chicago Bash?
Enya has asked me to help her get an idea of who might be interested in attending a Chicago Bash some time in the Fall, probably during the month of October.
So, who’s interested?

New Game Added to The Zone Schedule Friday at 1AM ET
Krazd has decided to add her Alpha Trivia back onto The Zone weekly schedule!
The game will be every Friday Night (technically Saturday) at 1AM ET right after Mom’s Generally Speaking Trivia.
So the new Zone Friday Night lineup now looks like this:
11PM ET (8PM PT) – Double Deuce Muzic Trivia with Z and Icee
12AM ET(9PM PT) – Generally Speaking with Mom & Krazd
1AM ET (10PM PT) – Alpha Trivia with Krazd
This all starts tomorrow April 22nd. So make sure you get a nap in at some point so you can stay up late in The Zone!
There should be some more new games being added to The Zone schedule very soon. I will keep you updated.
In The Zone Tonight – A Special Targeteer2 game! and Celebrity Name Trivia
Tonight in The Zone we not only have the regularly schedule Spex game, but also a special “practice” game from Targeteer2.
That’s right, Targ is going to try his hand at hosting. Keep in mind it is technically a practice game, so don’t be surprised if we hit a few bumps along the way. I am sure Targ will do wonderfully though!

Tonight in The Zone we have Celebrity Name Trivia. The them for the game this week is Birthnames. So go study up on what your favorite stars real names are.

Tuesday Night in The Zone – ZONETG ShockMe returns to hosting!
Tonight ZONETG ShockMe makes his return to hosting after about 10 months off. He will be running a General Trivia game tonight, Tuesday March 8, 2011. So stop by and welcome him back. Who knows you might even have fun.

She’s PLAYED Trivia For More Than a Decade, Now She Will HOST Her First Game!
No matter which name she was using when you met her (Rudy2020, DiceBlower, EnterMiscellaneousLurkNameHere, or BrooksanneInMD) you will realize she has been playing trivia for a loooooong time. Well she has decided to try it from the other side of the fence for once. She has previously written a game that I (ZoneTG ShockMe) ran for her, but this time she will be running it on her own.
Brooksanne will be running a “General Chain Link Trivia” game Saturday Night at Midnight ET with Howie scorekeeping.
Keep in mind that “general trivia” includes lots of entertainment trivia, and she is sure to use at least a little TV, and at least one Billy Joel question. Each question will somehow be related to the previous question in some way.
So adjust your plans so you can be there for the game, and bring a friend. You never know, she might wait 12+ years to host another game.
HINT: There is a decent chance the things pictured in these images might be in the game. (Of course now that I said that I bet she left them all out!)
Happy Birthday to the Zone Trivia & Games Forum!
Well, as usual I am a bit late, but at least this time I have the excuse of Traci’s accident discombobulating me moreso than usual!
Anyway, today, June 8th, 2010 marks the Zone Trivia & Games Forum’s 5th birthday! That’s right, out first games in The Zone were played on June 8th, 2005. Time sure does pass by awfully quickly, doesn’t it?
We do hope you stick with us through our current rebuilding of the web site, and enjoy the end results which will be a bit more interactive for both staff and players.
So, Happy Birthday to The Zone, and thank you to the staff and players that have helped us keep it going for five years. I promise the 10 year birthday announcement will be on time!
